  • Wrote and implemented a new Creative Writing curriculum for mid-high performing and gifted students that focused on improving basic writing skills, grammar and punctuation, as well as encouraged creativity and the individual voice.

  • Engaged students with online virtual instruction for the 2020-2021 school year, making use of varied educational technology options, virtual programs and teacher-created content while cultivating accountability and student led instruction.

  • Led 30+ educators in a co-taught professional development session that focused on the varied and creative uses for video-centered educational technologies in the face-to-face and the virtual classroom.

  • Saw growth in Writing and Reading test scores, despite virtual learning and the lack of previous state testing during the 2019-2020 school year.
